A beautiful life at sea for Ella Danleme

Date published: 03 August 2016

Ella Danleme, a former beauty student from Rochdale, has landed a dream job aboard a cruise ship.

Ella, 18, is now a beauty therapist, travelling the world on cruise ships in the On Board Spas by Steiner.

Ella, who studied Beauty Therapy at Hopwood Hall College, is thrilled that she landed such a prestigious position: "When I first started beauty therapy, I did not know anything about it at all; it is amazing that in just two years you can learn so much.

“It's all thanks to the brilliant staff and tutors who have helped me through this journey and on to my exciting new round-the-world journey.”

Steiner’s On Board Spas are luxurious and in prominent positions – normally at the very top of the ship. Their largest spas include thermal suites, thalassotherapy pools, relaxation areas, 20 treatment rooms that overlook the ocean, couple’s rooms, large fitness centres, barber shops, and hair and nail salons. Spa team sizes vary from teams of five on their exclusive ships to teams of 46 on their largest ship.
