Date published: 14 July 2016
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man dislocated his arm in a collision in Littleborough.
The 21-year-old victim was crossing Harehill Road about 10.30pm on Friday, 27 May 2016, when he was involved in a collision with a silver Vauxhall Corsa.
The incident took place outside Sainsbury’s and the driver of the car failed to stop.
It is believed two men were inside the vehicle. There is currently no description of the men.
Police Constable Kathryn Ross, from GMP’s Rochdale borough, said: “This is a busy road and I believe a number of people may have witnessed something that could really help our investigation.
“I am also appealing to anyone who recognises the vehicle involved to please make contact with us.
“Although the victim was hurt, I’m just thankful it was not more serious.”
Anyone with any information should call police on 101 quoting incident number 2616 of 27 May 2016.
