Ten Hopwood Hall College employees completed the National Three Peaks Challenge this weekend, raising over £1,500 for Springhill Hospice.
The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland, often within 24 hours.
The College team, which set out at 5pm on Saturday, climbed the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - in an impressive 23 hours and 44 minutes.
Caroline Street, Executive Director from Hopwood Hall and one of the Three Peaks team said: “It was such a gruelling challenge, both physically and mentally but we achieved it as a team and now feel on top of the world.”
