Man charged after late night street brawl with teenage boy

A 24-year-old man has been charged with a public order offence after a fight in the street with a 16-year-old boy in the early hours of the morning.
Both males were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after the fight resulted in three cars being damaged on Shaftesbury Drive, Heywood on Monday (20 June).
The 16-year-old boy was arrested but later bailed pending further enquiries. He will appear at Rochdale and Bury Magistrates Court on 12 July.
The 24-year-old will appear before the same court on 8 July.
