One lane is blocked and there is queuing traffic on the M60 anticlockwise between J18, M62 (Simister Island) and J17, A56 (Prestwich), because of a broken down vehicle (8.30am Monday 6 June).
Congestion on M62 to J19, A6046 (Heywood).
