RBH shortlisted for Britain’s top social landlord

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) has been shortlisted in the race to be named the country’s top social landlord, and you get to help decide on who wins.

For the second time in three years, mutual housing society RBH has been named amongst the UK’s top ten social landlords by an expert panel organised by 24housing magazine. Each year, 24housing produce a list of the top 50 social landlords, with places one to ten decided by an online public vote.

Gareth Swarbrick, RBH Chief Executive, said: "I'm delighted that we have once again been named as a top ten landlord by 24housing. This is a great testament to the hard work and commitment displayed by RBH employees, members, representative body members and board members as well, of course, as RBH tenants who we are all here to serve."
