Our Year 1 Football Tournament at Spotland Stadium took place on Friday. We did very well winning 2 out of the 4 matches played.

Year 3 went to Ordsall Hall on Tuesday where they studied life and times of the Tudors.

Girls Multi-Skills for KS2 will start on Friday 10 June. Please see the office for details.

Ray Stern attended our assembly on Monday inspiring the book worms in us ready for the Summer Reading challenge 2016.

NSPCC Big Board Game afternoon was be held in school on 27 May.

Reading Badges were given to:

Bronze - Taylor Montgomery and Kian Jones
Silver - Luis Hilton and Kayt Lynn Cain
Gold - and OH MY another amazing achievement at Moorhouse Primary. This week from

Owen Davies, Cameron Crowther and Amber Bartlett in Year 1 and Lucas Fleming, Georgia Edge and Nathan Ashton in Year 3. A huge well done.

Year 4 with 99.6%

Golden Bin Winners were Year 6

House Point Winners were Weavers with 1165
