Caveman Camp
Date published: 30 April 2016
Throughout this term three local Primary Schools: Heybrook, Shawclough and Bamford have taken part in Caveman Camp which forms part of The Earthworks Project, Falinge Park High School Creative Collaborative Project.
Over the past six weeks Primary pupils have been working in Design Technology with Mr Cloran on their Caveman Skills; such as cooking, stone art, headdress making, shelter building and developing essential skills.
This culminated on a fabulous overnight stay in shelters and tents at Caveman Camp, Falinge Park High School, where team games were enjoyed with Mr Ingham, Drumming with My Lancaster and storytelling with Mr DeCourcey around the camp fire.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience but were just all a little tired.
