Pupils can win trip to Paradise Island

Date published: 20 April 2016

Primary schools are invited to sign up to a competition aimed at encouraging creativity amongst pupils.

Paradise Island Adventure Golf is launching the initiative to offer schools the chance to tee off the summer holidays with an end of term class trip to the mini golf leisure destination in The Trafford Centre in Manchester.

To enter the competition, primary school pupils are being asked to create a piece of artwork of a paradise island or write a story about a paradise island and entries can be individual or a joint class effort.

The winning school will enjoy an end of term class trip to the adventure golf complex, where they will have exclusive use of the facility and can have fun and warm up for the summer holidays on the island.

Set amidst a tropical island paradise, the adventure offers the ultimate adventure golf experience with two bespoke 18-hole golf courses surrounded by exotic wildlife and magnificent stone carvings and statues.

The Tiki Hut Trail voyage is full of twists and turns, designed to send the ball and player on a rollercoaster ride, while the Temple Ruins Adventure expedition offers more adventurous mini-golfers the chance to test their skills through a maze of obstacles and uneven terrain.

Craig Nichol, Marketing Manager at Paradise Island Adventure Golf said: “We’re excited to launch our schools competition for pupils in Rochdale offering them the chance win an end of term class trip to swing by Paradise Island Adventure Golf in Manchester.

“The campaign aims to inspire creativity and provides schools with a great opportunity to gain a fantastic class outing to reward pupils for their hard work during the year.”

Entries can be emailed to PIAG@bigpartnership.co.uk or posted to The BIG Partnership, Fountain House, 1-3 Woodside Crescent, Glasgow, G3 7UL.

The deadline for entries is 10 June 2016.
