Lego club launched at Balderstone Library

Youngsters launch the new Lego club at Balderstone Library with local councillor Richard Farnell and volunteer helper Thomas Wilcox
Balderstone Library has launched a Lego club for youngsters.
Librarian Justine Bull said: “The response has been brilliant. I’m thrilled so many young people are turning up. The library is really buzzing.”
Local councillor Richard Farnell said: "It has got of to a cracking start. It's great to see more and more youngsters visiting the local library.
"The club is a a novel way of getting children interested in all the other activities for young people held at the library.
"I was happy to use some of my ward funds to buy the Lego kits. It was £400 well spent."
The Lego club is held every Saturday from 10.30 to 12 noon.
