Five men arrested after 5am street brawl

Five men have been arrested after a brawl broke out on Oswald Street in the early morning of Easter Sunday (27 March).
Officers attended following reports that a group of men had caused a disturbance in the area.
Five men were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and remain in police custody for questioning.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman confirmed that arrests had been made and that enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
