Easter at The Open Door Church
Our Easter Celebrations have been marked by a sense of the presence of God.
Our own Meditations for Good Friday were the needed reminder of what the Crucifixion was about.
We joined in the Town Centre witness at Lord's Square.
On Saturday, we really enjoyed a breakfast together followed by a Walk to Healey Dell for the fitter ones.
Today, Sunday 27 March, we have again enjoyed meeting together and worshipping our Lord.
Next Sunday (3 April) we gather for Worship at 10am with Sunday School and Young folks meeting for their classes at 11am.
All of the usual weekday meetings are having a break this week.
Thursday and Friday from 10.00am to 3.30pm: the Coffee House is Open for business - serving our mix of Teas and Coffees, Cakes, Light Refreshments and Lunches. There is a table just for you.
Saturday 2 April: a 'Spring Clean' Day from 10.00am till 2.00pm - all hands on deck please.
