Collision stopped Metrolink services running in Rochdale

Town Centre Metrolink stop
A collision between a car and a tram stopped Metrolink services running between Rochdale Railway Station and Rochdale Town Centre this afternoon (Sunday 27 March).
A statement on the Metrolink website said: “Due to a road traffic collision near Rochdale Railway station, trams will not call at Rochdale Town Centre.”
The collision was cleared before 6.30pm.
