One lane is closed and there is queuing traffic on the M62 westbound between J20 A627 (M) Rochdale and J19, A6046, Heywood, because of a broken down vehicle in the roadworks area.
Congestion to J21, A640, Milnrow (5.30pm Tuesday 22 March).
