A new Costa Coffee shop could open in Rochdale.
Rochdale Borough Council has received a request for planning permission from the company to install four illuminated signs at Unit 10 on Kingsway Retail Park.
The Building Control summary shows the company is intending an internal fit out of the retail unit to Costa brand standards.
