Springhill Hospice Calendar Photography Competition – last orders!

Are you a budding amateur photographer or just a snap happy learner? Have you taken a real beauty of a photograph in around the communities of Rochdale, Middleton and Heywood?

Submit it to Springhill Hospice for their annual fundraising calendar competition.

Submission of photos is free but entries must reach the Hospice by Thursday 31 March. For more information visit www.springhill.org.uk/springhill-hospice-calendar.

You never know, your entry might grace the pages of the Hospice’s fundraising calendar in 2017.

100 10k for Springhill Hospice

Friends and families are invited to take part in a 6 mile circular walk up and around Brown Wardle on Easter Sunday, 28 March led by Springhill Hospice fundraiser Peter Griffiths.

Peter is running the same circuit 100 times in 2016 to raise £1,000 and has already completed over 30 laps.

Meet at the Oxford Pub car park, Whitworth Road at 9.45am.

For information ring Peter on 07903 499498. Donations of £5 per family will be donated to Springhill Hospice.

Go Green 2016

Have fun and raise money for Springhill Hospice as Go Green Day returns for 2016 on Friday 13 May. Dress up, dress down, don a green wig, deck up your desk.

Hold a cake sale, coffee morning or cocktail hour. The ideas are endless and everyone at home, work or school can get involved.

Register now at www.springhill.org.uk/go-green-day or ring 01706 641790 and you could find Springy the Hospice mascot visiting you on the day.
