Moorhouse Primary School
Moorhouse was reaching for the stars on Monday 29 February, when a Star Dome arrived for the whole school to go to star gazing.
M6 Theatre Company came to perform Tadpoles for our Years 1 – 4 on Wednesday. It went down swimmingly for all that watched the show.
Friday 11 March we had non- uniform day for World book day. Children came dressed as their favourite book character or anything connected to their current topic.
Bikeability have been school all this week teaching our Year 5 how to be safe on the roads
Star Assembly awards were presented to:

- Y1: Jake Hand, Cameron Crowther
- Y2: Mia-Rose Lever, Shaun Thomson
- Y3: Dominic O’Neill, Mubeen Majid
- Y4: Haroon Majid; Ethan Brain
- Y5: Mason Holt, Payton Lawson
- Y6: Morgan Fletcher, Holly Maclean, Zak Freer
- Best Class Attendance was Year 2 with 99.3%
- Golden Bin Winners were Ms Brougham/ Miss Bullock
- House Point Winners were Pioneers 1070
