Sixty volunteers join Jack Stewart search party

Missing: Jack Stewart
Approximately 60 volunteers joined a search party on Saturday (5 March) to look for missing man Jack Stewart.
Detectives, PCSOs and volunteer police cadets met at the Brotherod Community Centre on Ings Lane and conducted a search of grassland in the area, although no findings have been reported.
Jack, 69, was last seen at his home on Ings Lane, Spotland on the morning of Monday 8 February.
GMP Rochdale North said: “Jack’s family together with the lead search co-ordinators DS John Schofield and DS Louise Ashurst, are extremely grateful for all those who turned up to help conduct an area search on Saturday
“The investigation into Jack’s disappearance continues and we will keep you updated.
“Once again, thank you so much, you were amazing.”
