Accident between J19 and J18 M62 westbound

Severe delays and queuing traffic on M62 westbound between J19, A6046, Heywood and J18, M60, Simister Island, because of an accident involving two lorries in the roadworks area.
Congestion is back to J21, A640, Milnrow (3.30pm Wednesday 3 March).
