Woman falls to her death from Rakewood Viaduct, M62

A woman has died after falling from Rakewood Viaduct on the M62 near J21 Milnrow.
Officers were called to the scene at 10.20am this morning (Friday 26 February) after calls that the woman had fallen to her death.
A GMP spokesperson said: "Shortly after 10.20am on Friday police were called to Junction 21 of the M62 to a report a woman had fallen from the motorway bridge.
"Officers attended and found the body of a woman. There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances and a file is being prepared for the coroner."
