Rochdale Road Medical Centre, Middleton was rated as ‘good’ for its level of care, but was rated as ‘requires improvement’ for every other category, including safety and effectivity after a recent inspection from the CQC (Care Quality Commission).
This means the service isn't performing as well as it should and the CQC has told the service how it must improve.
Rochdale Road Medical Centre was not available for comment at the time of publication.
