More than 317,000 attendances at Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust’s Accident and Emergency departments were recorded in 2014-2015.

The total - 317,354 - was split among three emergency departments including the Royal Oldham, and the urgent care centre at Rochdale Infirmary.

The survey showed 93.6 per cent of visitors spent under four hours in the department.
