Nominations sought for Citizen of the Year and Young Citizen Award

Mayor of Rochdale Surinder Biant, nominees and winners of the Young Citizen of the Year & Citizen of the Year Awards 2015 with members of Rotary Club of Middleton and Ethan Marriott, Member of Youth Parliament for Rochdale
Nominations for the Citizen of the Year and Young Citizen of the Year awards from the Middleton community are being invited by The Rotary Club of Middleton.
The joint Young Citizen & Citizen Awards will take place in June 2016.
Lee Wolf, Rotary Community Service Committee chairman, said: “Citizen of the Year Awards will be presented to individuals or groups who undertake tireless work and/or fundraising for charities and good causes within our community.
"Awards will also be given to those who have shown great courage by overcoming hurdles in their day-to-day life.
"We are now seeking nominations for the Citizen of the Year 2016.”
