7th A Rochdale Cubs help tidy up Spotland Community Centre
Date published: 17 January 2016
The 7th A Rochdale Cubs have recently been involved in a project to help tidy up Spotland Community Centre.
Several of the Cubs had a busy morning on Saturday 9 January taking part in the service project, along with Cubs leader Amanda Phillips and Scout Master Mike Phillips.
All Cubs involved will earn a badge.
Scouts, Cubs and Beevers participate in various community events and day trips to help them understand community spirit and gain badges.
A spokesperson said: "Our cubs are involved in a wide variety of activities, including outdoor activities, adventurous activities, indoor craftwork, interesting local visits and most importantly fun.
"7th A Rochdale is a mixed group based at Spotland Bridge. We are always looking for new recruits and details of how to join can be found on our website or contact Mike Phillips."
