Two lanes closed M62 eastbound, junction J21

Two lanes are closed on the M62 eastbound at junction J21 due to collision and a spillage (11.00am 11 January).
There are long delays with queues back to the M60.
The lanes are expected to be clear between 2:15pm and 2:30pm.
