Littleborough clean up, help and support
Date published: 26 December 2015
The big clean up following the floods in Littleborough will begin Sunday morning.
The Wheatsheaf will be offering sausage and bacon sandwiches from 9.00am for those in need of warm food because they have no electric or gas.
Tea and coffee will also be served from volunteers who meet at The Wheatsheaf.
Callum Boardman said: "Meet at 9.00 am to help start the clean up. Thanks in advance."
St Barnabas Church also opens at 9.00am for anyone who is in need of somewhere dry and warm. Revd Ian Bullock said: "We are also hoping to get some professionals up who can offer support and help to anyone so please drop in and see us."
