Tenants at Clough Court in Boarshaw join in with the carols
Employee volunteers from RBH warmed up both their vocal chords and the mulled wine with December carol singing sessions.
Three teams of RBH employee volunteers from across the organisation visited independent living schemes in Middleton, Heywood, Norden, Rochdale and Littleborough to sing carols and offer mulled wine and mince pies to tenants. In total over 30 employees took part, visiting 12 different schemes.
Dylan Williams, RBH Contact Centre Advisor, said: "We all had a fantastic time and it was great to see how our tenants joined in with the singing. I hope that they enjoyed it as much as we did.”
Daniel Turner, RBH Volunteering Co-ordinator, said: "I'm very grateful to all the employees who volunteered to take part. It was a great opportunity to spread Christmas cheer and spend some time with our residents."
