£1 million winning lottery ticket not claimed by local winner

The winner of a £1 million in a recent National Lottery Draw has not claimed the prize and the ticket belongs to someone in the Borough of Rochdale.
The winning ticket was part of the National Lottery Lotto draw on 5 December 2015.
Whoever has the ticket has up until 2 June 2016 to claim their prize, otherwise the money will go to National Lottery projects.
