Treat the love of your life to something special this Valentine’s Day
Each year on 14 February, many people exchange cards, gifts, chocolates and flowers with their special Valentine to show them how much they mean to them. The day of romance, also known as Valentine’s Day dates back to fifth century with up to 150 million cards now exchanged each Valentine’s Day.
This year, couples in Rochdale will be able to indulge in Valentine’s Day treats including meals out, spa days, specially made bouquets of flowers and unique gifts.
Ready for Romance? Well, what better way to treat your loved one this Valentine’s Day than with something truly special at the spa at Norton Grange.
Your day will include full use of all of the leisure and spa facilities, a complimentary robe and towel, his and hers comfort massage complete with spa ritual, afternoon tea for two together with a glass of sparkling champagne and a special gift to take away for just £99 per couple.
This offer is available between Sunday 8 and Sunday 22 February. An additional charge of £24 will be applied to booking on 14 February.
If spa treatments aren’t your thing then the Norton Grange restaurant has an offer for those celebrating Valentine’s Day.
Eating out can be expensive these days especially on Valentine’s night, so for just £24.95 per person you can enjoy a romantic candlelit five course meal, glass of Prosecco and a single red rose for that special someone.
Dining at a four star hotel needn’t leave you heart broken when it comes to paying the bill so make your way down to Norton Grange for that special meal.
The Crimble restaurant in Bamford are also holding a special Valentine’s menu for those looking to celebrate on Valentine’s Day. For £35 per person you can enjoy a romantic three course meal in the Conservatory restaurant and grill, casino and cocktails. Anyone looking to dine before 6.15pm, can enjoy a £5 discount for dining early.
If you just want to spoil your loved one with gifts, then Lola Ashleigh has something for everyone. Whether it is red roses or specially put together bouquets, teddies or chocolates then Lola Ashleigh has you covered.
Based on Oldham Road, Rochdale, Lola Ashleigh can take orders via the phone, Facebook or if you call into the shop. A special offer of free chocolates with orders over £40 is also in place for Valentine’s shoppers.
If you want to treat your significant other to a unique gift, then the newly established Fruit Factory in Rochdale has chocolate dipped strawberry gift boxes and edible fruit bouquets available to order.
The strawberries are coated in Belgium chocolate and at just £12.99 are a great gift to say ‘I love you’ to that special person in your life.
The edible fruit bouquets are a great idea if you want to send something different to your partner. If they aren’t a fan of flowers, then fruit could be the way to go. Bouquets vary in price from £20-£30.
