December is the season to be festive and with Christmas just around the corner, for those who are sitting down and preparing, Santa’s Superstore has a range of top quality decorations and accessories available through the Rochdale Online Department Store.
Having been involved with retail for over 40 years, Lana Mulhearn from Santa’s Superstore decided it was time to branch out and sell online.
She said: “We are slowly in the process of getting things online and using the Department Store is a good way to start that. We have been in retail for over 40 years so this is the right next step.”
Santa’s Superstore is currently selling a variety of Christmas trees from fibre optic trees to frosted trees, as well as Christmas decorations and accessories including wreaths and artificial flowers.
Lana added: “All of the products we sell are garden centre quality but at half of the price.”
The Rochdale Online Department Store currently has 52 local retailers using the site to sell their products.
“The High Street is getting quieter and quieter so moving online is the best move to make,” said Lana.
The Rochdale Online Department Store gives local retailers the opportunity to be part of a local online retail hub and to benefit from Rochdale Online’s massive audience.
Lana added: “It is really easy to use and really simple to work. We were in talks with Rochdale Online over some other advertising and the store came up in conversation and once we heard about it, it was clear it is a really good thing to get involved with.”
With Small Business Saturday also just around the corner (Saturday 6 December), the Rochdale Online Department store is a good way to support local and independent retailers at this festive time of year from the comfort of your own home.
