Getting the most out of RBH
Date published: 02 December 2013
On Tuesday 10 December, the last Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) employees will move out of our offices at the Old Post Office in Rochdale town centre.
RBH have moved
Our main operational base is now Sandbrook Park, where a number of RBH teams were already based. This relocation is more cost-effective, which means that we’ve freed up some money to invest in front-line services to our tenants.
This means that our tenants and prospective tenants will no longer be able to drop in to the Property Shop at the Old Post Office. However, there are lots of different ways by which you can get in touch with us.
Here at RBH we are looking to provide a variety of accessible ways to keep in touch. In the near future, we will be opening a new place where we will be able to meet with you by offering appointments to deal with your enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Contacting RBH by telephone
The easiest and cheapest way to get in touch with us is by phone. You only need one number to get in touch with RBH about anything you need. We promised to introduce a Freephone number to report repairs, and we have exceeded that promise with a Freephone number for all calls. You can contact us on Freephone 0800 027 7769 or (01706) 274100 as a cheaper alternative when phoning from a mobile phone.
You can also request a repair by text message. Text ‘repair’ to 07786 202400 followed by your address and message.
Out and about in your area
Your Neighbourhood Housing Officers are already out and about much more in your neighbourhood. That means that it’s easier to see your Neighbourhood Housing Officer face to face about any issues you may have. To arrange an appointment to see a Neighbourhood Housing Officer please ring us on 0800 027 7769 or 01706 274100.
In person – face to face
