Poundstretcher relocating to bigger store in Middleton
Date published: 26 October 2015
Poundstretcher is relocating to a bigger store in The Arndale Centre, Middleton. The 20,000 square foot site is set to open on Tuesday 27 October.
The store will include a Pet Hut outlet, the UK’s fastest growing pet food and accessories discounter.
Ian York, managing director for Poundstretcher and The Pet Hut, commented: “We're really excited here at Poundstretcher to announce the opening of our newest store in Middleton. The town has a long history of driving a good bargain, and so our offering will really help diversify the area’s retail offering.
"We've opened a number of stores across the country over the past year, and they've brought with them a real boost to both jobs and the local economy. We expect the Middleton store will create 20 jobs which will really benefit the whole town."
