Business Awards launch

The 2015 Rochdale Business Awards was officially launched this afternoon (Friday 5 June).
In a special launch luncheon held at The Riverside Restaurant at Hopwood Hall College, it was announced that the final will take place on Friday 6 November and will have a Hollywood theme.
The event is in its fifth year this year and aims to celebrate the achievements of businesses and business people within the Rochdale Borough.
Speaking at the event, Carol Hopkins, of Rochdale Development Agency, said: “This event is now in its fifth year and without the support of local businesses then we wouldn’t be here five years later. It is a fabulous event and celebrates everything good about Rochdale.”
The launch event was attended by local businesses, members of Rochdale Council and previous Business Award winners and nominees.
