PDS to take part in ‘Gran Fondo Stelvio’

PDS Managing Director Tim Fairley and Commercial Director Pat Rice training for the ‘Gran Fondo Stelvio’
On the 7 June PDS Managing Director Tim Fairley and Commercial Director Pat Rice are taking part in the ‘Gran Fondo Stelvio’ in Northern Italy, to raise funds for Springhill Hospice.
They are currently training very hard for for this gruelling challenge.
The Gran Fondo Stelvio, goes from Bormio in Northern Italy and finishes at altitude of 2,758m at the top of the Stelvio Pass, via the Montirolo (1,728m), covering 151 km and a total ascent of 4,058m.
They have a target to raise £10,000 for the hospice and so far are about half way to achieving this.
