BGF car park thanks customers with early Christmas present
Date published: 20 December 2013
Users of a car park on Water Street in Rochdale Town Centre have been thanked for their custom this year by being given an early Christmas present. Users of the car park were greeted with a personalised bag containing chocolates and a letter from the operators
of the car park.
The letter thanked users of the car park for their service in 2013 and has promised them an improved service for 2014.
Car park operator Chris Bell said: “It was just way of saying thank you to our valued customers for their service over the past year.”
The letter announces that in 2014 the car park will install new floodlights to improve visibility and safety. Demolition of surrounding buildings will take place to improve the area and this will extend the number of car parking spaces available. The operators have announced that a further 60 spaces will be available from 6 January 2014.
New security fencing will also be installed so the car par will not be exposed and additional access gates will be fitted. Pay and display machines will be installed to eliminate queuing.
