Rochdale lawyer is re-elected national chairman

John F Kay of the Rochdale Solicitor’s Molesworths Bright Clegg, and a director of Rochdale Online, has been re-elected the National Chairman of the Solicitors Own Software User Group at the Annual General Meeting of its members last Tuesday, 19 November 2013, held at the Belfry Hotel and Golf Club Birmingham.
Over one hundred solicitors and IT Managers attended the conference from some of the 450 firms who now use the accounts and management software.
Mr Kay said: "I formed the company 23 years ago and am delighted to have been re-elected as chairman.
"It is good to know that a software company, whose software is used by so many firms of solicitors, can be so successful as we come out of recession."
The company reported that it has had another excellent year with increasing turnover and profit as the legal profession meets the challenges of a changing market.
