Birthday celebrations for Northern Employment Services

Date published: 30 March 2008

Northern Employment Services, one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the North West, are getting ready to celebrate their 15th year anniversary in April this year.

The agency has recently promoted their long standing General Manager Chris Chamberlain to Operations Director and has become the first agency in the region and only the second nationally to be awarded a national customer service standard, Putting the Customer First.

Set up 15 years ago by local residents Joan Pooley and Stephanie Duckworth, the agency has shown steady growth not only in the North West but nationally and achieved Investors In People at its first attempt.

Mr Chamberlain, the company’s Operations Director comments: “Our 15th year anniversary is not just another excuse to celebrate; it’s a real celebration of a business that is healthy, growing and above all, still offers a first class recruitment service that commands the respect of our widening customer base.”

Stephanie Duckworth, Owner/Director of the agency adds: “After 15 years of being in business, we continue to focus entirely on the needs of our customers and the whole team is genuinely passionate about delivering levels of service that exceed expectations.”
