Celebrated official opening of Heritage House

Date published: 06 March 2013

VIP guests and valued clients were at the official opening of Heritage House on Green Lane last Friday marking the end of a 2-year project changing a public house to plush office accommodation.

The building was formerly known as The Hare & Hounds and has been lovingly restored to a very high standard.

Colin Lambert of CTL Wealth Management  (not to be confused with the Councillor Colin Lambert) is also founder of the Rochdale Business Curry Club, his wife Carmel, friends, family and members of the local business community joined them to celebrate this momentous occasion.

The site will be the base for Colin and Carmel’s businesses; CTL Wealth Management and Virtual Typing Services respectively, along with other local enterprises.

Colin Lambert of CTL Wealth Management said: “We are very proud of our new offices and would like to extend our thanks to everyone who attended the event and celebrated the future success of our businesses.

"The old pub had unfortunately fallen into disrepair and now looks much improved and is providing new opportunities for local businesses and therefore employment possibilities for local people.”
