Advice event for landlords

Landlords in the borough are being invited to a Landlords Advice Market which is to be hosted jointly by Rochdale and Oldham Private Sector Housing Teams next week.
The Advice Market is to be held at the Swallow Bower Hotel, Hollinwood Avenue, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 8DE on Thursday 24 January 2008 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
This is an opportunity to gather information and advice, and to meet representatives from a variety of organisations including:
- Oldham and Rochdale Landlord Accreditation Scheme
- Oldham Tenancy Relations Service
- Endsleigh Independent Insurance
- Community Fire Safety Officers
- Secure Options
- Net Rent
- Housing Benefits
- North West Landlords Association
