Architects C J Partnership of Rochdale, who recently won the Rochdale Borough Design Award for the Pavilion, Birtle Brook Village, Birtle development, could be in line for another pretigious award. The development has been short-listed for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) North West Awards in the Regeneration category.
