The new Ryder and Dutton website

Ryder and Dutton Ltd have boosted their online presence with a brand new easy to use website, created by RO Web Solutions.

The site, which was launched in March, has had a staggering 780,000 page views in the last month.

The new website includes a direct integration with Ryder and Dutton's internal property management software, so that properties are visible on the website almost immediately from being placed on the market. The previous site had a delay of up to 24 hours before properties were displayed.

Key features of the new website include residential sales and letting searches, a commercial property search and a new homes/development search.

The property display information includes more, higher-resolution photographs than the old site, floor plans, the location on a Google map with Street View capability and the option to book a viewing online.

Another key feature is the new "Buyer Match" feature which allows the seller to see how many people are registered who might be interested in buying their property.

The website shows individual branch office pages including staff photos, area location films, Google maps, latest properties and a property of the week.

The site is also integrated with Ryder and Dutton's news and video blogs and is linked to their Facebook and Twitter pages.

Ryder and Dutton Director Richard Powell said the firm is “very pleased” with the response to the new website.

Mr Powell said: “The visual experience of the website has improved dramatically which has affected the amount of time each user spends on the site.”

He added that the site’s “innovative features” have “enhanced” the experience of potential home buyers and sellers.

Mr Powell is delighted that users of the site now have access to so much more.
