Molesworths Bright Clegg Solicitors have recently launched their new user-friendly website, created by RO Web Solutions.

As part of a larger marketing exercise, Molesworths were looking to completely redesign their website to present a more user-friendly, client-focused experience, and to help individuals and businesses deal with problems they may be having.

Kelvin Eatherington, Marketing and Business Development Manager at Molesworths said: "We wanted to emphasise that we are a long established local firm of solicitors and that all our skilled staff were dedicated to offering a first class service to people during, what can be for some, a traumatic and stressful time"

Mr Eatherington continued: "We liaised regularly with RO Web Solutions and were guided by their obvious expertise and the positive suggestions they made. We realise that law firms’ websites can be rather staid at times so we wanted something that got over the fact that our staff are friendly and approachable yet competent and professional at all times"

Rochdale Online’s Technical Director Ian Kimber, said: “After initial discussions about their objectives RO Web Solutions, working closely with Molesworths' marketing experts, were asked to oversee the website from concept through to completion.

“The resulting website allows the visitor to easily find information, and simplifies the process of making contact. Site visitors can access a range of free documents outlining tips and recommendations for different legal areas, and a news section keeps the site up to date with the latest industry and legal information.”

Mr Kimber added: “To provide that friendly, personal touch, a "meet the team" section provides brief biographies and professionally taken photos of the key staff, and all the key services are introduced with a video explaining how Molesworths can be of help.”

The new website features a wealth of legal information, free downloadable guides to common legal issues, regularly updated news items and video's of Partners explaining some of the services Molesworths offer. Throughout the site there are numerous opportunities to fill out email contact forms and all enquiries are answered by a fully trained and qualified member of staff.
