“Working with creatives provided by a third party design agency, we were able to integrate these together a host of search engine optimisation enhancements, new content and a more flexible and easy to use control panel for job applicants.”

Mr Kimber added: “Potential applicants can search for jobs, add these to a shortlist and apply for multiple positions in one step. Registration with the new site allows job applicants to upload up to three CV versions, giving them the option to apply for different jobs using different CVs, tailored to those positions.”

Job Applicants can also manage their email alert preferences from the control panel, ensuring they are notified by email as soon as any jobs are added to the site that match their requirements.

The site is divided into logical sections targeting both employers looking to recruit, and people searching for jobs, making it easy to locate the information needed. The job search is prominent throughout the site, so that current job listings are never more than a click or two away.
