Zen named 'Recommended Broadband Provider '

Date published: 18 August 2010

Zen Internet, one of the UK’s leading Internet Service Providers (ISP), has been awarded Recommended Broadband Provider status by Which? topping the satisfaction tables once again.

Zen’s Recommended Broadband Provider status revealed five stars for customer service, reliability and connection speed. Unlike some other awards, it is not possible to put a company forward for this accolade.

Zen has topped the satisfaction tables at Which? for the last six years and in March this year was the only ISP to be awarded a Which? Best Buy for broadband.

The survey was based on results of an online survey of nearly 10,000 Which? members with home broadband. The customer satisfaction score (as a percentage) is based on overall satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend the ISP to a friend.

“Zen truly deserves its Recommended Broadband Provider status. Zen has been among our top broadband performers since 2005, and this time round received top marks for nearly all individual satisfaction elements,” said Which?

"Zen Internet's mission is to provide the best ISP service in the UK and this award demonstrates our commitment to delivering excellent service, quality and reliability to our customers." said Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing at Zen Internet.
