Hill Duckworth Estate Agents - Guild Award

Date published: 13 June 2006

Local estate agents Hill Duckworth  have been awarded membership of the prestigious Guild of Professional Estate Agents.

The Guild is a nationwide network of approaching 700 exceptionally high-calibre estate agents, all carefully chosen as the leading firms in their particular area, and all dedicated to maintaining the very highest standards of professionalism and customer service.  Guild membership is only ever granted to one agent in a given area.

Hill Duckworth’s Peter Duckworth said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been chosen to represent the Guild in Rochdale. It is a tribute to all the hard work we have put in over the years in building our reputation for high quality professional service, and underlines our position as the leading estate agents in the area.”

Speaking on behalf of the Guild, Managing Director Malcolm Lindley said: “We are very pleased indeed to welcome on board a firm of the calibre of Hill Duckworth Estate Agents as our new representatives in Rochdale.  With their excellent track record and reputation, they will undoubtedly be an enormous asset to the entire network.”

Guild Membership is much more than a badge of quality and professionalism, Peter Duckworth emphasised:  “Belonging to the UK’s leading network of independent agents is great news for our clients too,” he said.  “For local homeowners looking to sell, instructing a Guild agent like us means access to the widest possible pool of buyers.  And, at the end of the day, more buyers means the best price for your home.”
