Rochdale based Spanish property agency pioneers new scheme

Rochdale residents looking to buy or invest in property in Spain can now benefit from much better terms thanks to Rochdale based Spanish Property Agency. Buyers usually have to pay a 50% deposit to developers with the remaining 50% paid fairly soon after - before completion. Spanish Property Agency has negotiated this down to a 15% deposit with the balance not due until completion of the property.
One of the developer’s prestigious sites sits right between the two Polaris World sites which are being promoted on TV by Jack Nicklaus.
A spokesman for the Spanish Property Agency told Rochdale Online: "We are delighted to have pioneered this scheme with such favourable terms for our clients. We have also taken advantage of the huge popularity of the Rochdale Online web site to market the scheme via one of their web pages for local businesses."
