Marketing expert Colin Crabtree has joined what is probably Rochdale's fastest growing Sales and Letting Agency, Keystone.
After leaving college, local man, 24-year-old Colin, spent 2 ½ years as a Manager at various Woolworths stores throughout Lancashire and Yorkshire. During his time with Woolworth's Colin continued to study completing a course in Business amp; Marketing at Hopwood Hall College.
Colin left Woolworths to start a career in Estate Agency and joined one of Rochdale's longest established agents, Barton Kendal, as a Sales Negotiator and Valuer.
After three years gaining hands on experience with Barton Kendal, Colin joined Keystone at the beginning of July, combining his duties Valuing, Negotiating and Marketing with continuing to study towards an Honours Degree in Building Surveying at Salford University.
Commenting on his new role, Colin said: "Keystone is a highly focused company offering a personal, professional service. The company believes honesty and communication is the key to a successful client relationship and I endorse that wholeheartedly. I look forward very much to helping Keystone to continue its rapid growth."
Owner of Keystone Adil Ansari welcoming Colin said: "Colin has excellent marketing skills and practical experience as a negotiator and valuer. His role is to bring that expertise to the table and ensure that Keystone continues to establish itself as a major player in the local Sales and Letting market. He has started well having had a major input to our completely redeveloped web site. Colin worked closely with the developers Rochdale Online to ensure that Keystone has a truly superb web site (www.keystoneestates.co.uk), a site that is a statement of intent regarding the quality of marketing potential vendors can expect from Keystone."
