Hopwood Hall College welcomes Tim Smith to Commercial Department

Tim Smith will join the College on the 4 September as Assistant Director for Commercial Development. Tim's role will involve building up the commercial activities of the College and establishing close relationships with businesses and development agencies, both regionally and nationally.
In line with Government and LSC policy, Tim will be engaging with employers in order for the College to respond to their needs.
Tim comes to Hopwood from MANCAT where he has worked for the past four years as Division Leader for Management Programmes. Previously he worked at the University of Durham as Programme Manager in the Foundation for SME Development, after thirteen years at The University of Bolton as the Head of the Academic Marketing Team.
Tim said: "I am delighted to be joining Hopwood Hall College. I am looking forward to the challenge and to working with my new colleagues."
