Celltek supports EMBS Awards

Date published: 14 November 2006

Rochdale based Celltek Communications will be breaking out of the office on Thursday 16 November to exhibit at the annual Ethnic Minority Business Support Exhibition. Held at the Rochdale Town Hall, it is organised by EMBS to aid those considering setting up their own business.

The exhibition is followed by the Annual EMBS Award Dinner, on Friday 17 November, where Celltek will join Rochdale Online and other companies from the area to come together to honour the accomplishments of ethnic minority businesses.

A spokeswoman for Celltek said: "Celltek are delighted to be involved in this prestigious event where like-minded people can share a few hours of celebration, commemoration and maybe inspiration from the efforts and successes of others.

"Celltek are active members of the local business community and relish all opportunities to promote commerce in the area. We understand the pressures facing the up and coming business talent of the future.

"Celltek are happy to share their business experience with those interested in following in their footsteps. The new faces of business will be able to meet them at the Business Support Exhibition, Rochdale Town Hall on Thursday 16 November."

Established in 2001 by Zulf Ali and Mike Duffy, a combination of determination and sound business practice has ensured success and led to Celltek advising on the design of the complete ICT solution for Whitecross, the first school in the country to have been built with ICT included in the PFI contract.
