All-In-One Garden Centre Ltd has recruited Gemma Grierson as Gift and Christmas Manager and Jill Somerville as Marketing Manager.

Ms Grierson, formerly of Shop Direct has over 8 years buying experience within the retail, mail order and e-commerce sectors. She aims to add her own personal touch to the Gift Shop and the highly successful Christmas ranges.

She says: “I plan to give the gift shop a revamp and introduce some innovative and exciting products to suit every customers needs. The Christmas displays and product ranges in recent years have been phenomenal, claiming and winning awards and recognition, I strive to maintain these very high standards whilst injecting a fresh new element.

“It is a personal priority of mine to deliver an exclusive shopping experience for each customer whenever they visit All-In-One.”

Following a review of the management structure a new role of Marketing Manager has been created to communicate the All-In-One developments both internally and externally. Ms Somerville has over 19 years of experience across the retail, FMCG manufacturing and advertising sectors.

Ms Somerville commented: “Working to develop and further enhance the All-In-One brand is a fantastic opportunity, I look forward to working with a great team and adding a new dimension to our future expansion plans as well implementing the E-commerce strategy, along with a comprehensive marketing and promotional plan that will further enhance the shopping experience for all of our customers old and new.”

Jason Stafford, Financial Director added: “Our committed and loyal team at All-In-One are very pleased that Gemma and Jill have decided to join. The experience and values they bring to our team will enable us to ensure our already high standards are driven even higher”.

The All-In-One Garden Centre is a family owned business which has been built up from its humble roots of a transformed foundry tip. The then husband and wife team, Dave and Beryl Stafford launched the business on 6th March 1971. Although nurseries and market gardens existed back then, the centre was one of the countries very first purpose built retail garden centres.
